The Oklahoman is committed to promoting literacy and education in Oklahoma. Through the Newspaper in Education program, The Oklahoman provides newspapers for classroom use and produces top-quality educational programs including It Just Adds Up, which teaches financial literacy, Bedlam Geography, which uses the football games of the Big 12 to entice students to read and learn more about geography, the UCO Business Challenge, which provides students a chance to win scholarships to the University of Central Oklahoma.
